MUSIC

An arrangement of Canadian Folk Icon Ian Tyson's "Four Strong Winds" for woodwind sextet, featuring the woodwind quintet Ventus Machina along with Andrew George on clarinet and tin whistle.  Andrew's original arrangement takes you on a fantasia-inspired journey through moments of renaissance counterpoint, smooth jazz, and Irish folk music.

Port City 5 performs Andrew's version of David Bowie's iconic Space Oddity with a variety of extended techniques for clarinet and string quartet.

A fast-paced circus march for concert band that breaks up some stormy suspended harmonies with a whimsically athletic feature for duelling piccolo and E-flat clarinet.  NBPNP stands for the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program, a stepping stone towards Permanent Residency in Canada to which Andrew was applying as he procrastinated finishing paperwork by writing this march.

Also featuring the musical talents of: Rachel Kidd, Danielle Girard, Dalia Garcia, Katie Bestvater, Philip Chiu, Yoori Choi, and Emilie-Anne Neeland
